धेरै सोधिने प्रश्नहरु
१. कोर्सको तालिम शुल्क कति लाग्छ ?
कोर्स अनुसार तालिम शुल्क फरक फरक हुन्छ। हार्डवेयर कोर्सहरू महिनाको लगभग रु ७ हजारदेखि १० हजार पाँच सय सम्म पर्दछ। महिला,अपाङ्ग,असाय र गरिब तथा SEE Student हरु लाई छुट पनि हुन्छ।
२. तालिम शुल्क एकै पटक दिनु पर्छ की किस्तामा ?
तालिम शुल्क एकै किस्तामा अथवा बढीमा दुई किस्तामा दिनु पर्दछ। आर्थिक अवस्था कमजोर भएकाहरुले सुरुमा ५,६ हजार दिएर पनि तालिम सुरु गर्न सकिन्छ।
३. तपाईंकोमा कुन कुन कोर्सको तालिम हुन्छ ?
काठमाडौंकै पुरानो इन्स्टिच्युट भएकोले हामी निम्न कोर्सहरुमा तालिम दिँदै आइरहेका छौं। Mobile Phone, Computer, Laptop, LCD/LED TV, CCTV Camera, Printer, AC & Fridge, Drone Assemble,Basic Electronic & Power Supply,Hobby Project and various electronics courses.
४. पढाइको योग्यता कति चाहिन्छ ?
तालिम सिक्नको लागि कम्तीमा बाह्र वर्ष पुरा भएको र आठ कक्षा पढेको हुनुपर्छ।
५. कक्षा सञ्चालन कहिले बाट हुन्छ ?
नयाँ कक्षा सञ्चालन हरेक महिनाको १ गते , १० गते र २० गतेबाट सुरु हुन्छ। हरेक महिना तिनवटा नयाँ कक्षा सञ्चालन गरिन्छ।
६. छोटो समयमा सिकाइने व्यवस्था छ ?
सिक्न चाहेको कोर्स र सिक्न चाहने विद्यार्थीको क्षमता अनुसार ७ दिन,१० दिन,१५ दिन र ४५ दिनमा सिकाइने व्यवस्था छ। छोटो समयमा सिक्ने विद्यार्थीहरुले समय भने धेरै (दैनिक लगभग ४ घण्टा) दिनुपर्ने हुन्छ।
७. तालिम सिक्न के गर्नुपर्छ र कति लाग्छ ?
सिक्न चाहने विद्यार्थीको तालिम लिने समय फिक्स भएपछि फर्म भरि टोटल शुल्कको ६० प्रतिशत जम्मा गर्नुपर्दछ।
८. तपाईको खान र बस्नको व्यवस्था छ र कति लाग्छ ?
खान र बस्नको लागि होस्टलको व्यवस्था छ। होस्टलको शुल्क महिनाको रु १०५०० हजार देखि १५५०० हजार सम्म पर्दछ।
९. यो तालिम इन्स्टिच्युट काठमाण्डूको कुन ठाउँमा छ ?
यो इन्स्टिच्युट मोबाइल बजार पाको न्यूरोड ताम्राकार कम्प्लेश अगाडी (नेपालको झन्डा भएको घरमा) मा अवस्थित छ। इन्स्टिच्युट को प्रतिनिधि सँग लामो कुरा गर्नुपरेमा Viber,Whatsapp तथा IMO मा सम्पर्क गर्न सकिन्छ। Contact No:9851198723
१०. यो इन्स्टिच्युट कति बजे खुल्ला हुन्छ ?
हाम्रो इन्स्टिच्युट बिहान ७ बजेदेखि साँझ ६ बजेसम्म खुल्ला हुन्छ। पहिलो कक्षा बिहानको ७-९, ८-१० र ९-११ त्यस्तै दिउँसो कक्षा ११ बजेदेखि साँझ ६ बजेसम्म दुई दुई घन्टाको हुन्छ।
११. अहिले बिहानको समय मिलाउन सकिन्छ ?
बिहानको समय यस इन्स्टिच्युटमा निकै प्याक हुने भएकोले केही दिन अगाडि नै नाम लेखाउनु पर्ने हुन्छ।
१२. अरु इन्स्टिच्युट मा सिकेर काम गर्न नसकेका विद्यार्थी लाई पनि थप तालिम दिनुहुन्छ ?
हाम्रो यस इन्स्टिच्युटमा धेरै विद्यार्थीहरु बाहिर सिकेर नै आउने भएकोले विद्यार्थीको सिकाइ स्तर हेरी थप तालिम दिइरहेका छौ। १००% ग्यारेन्टीका साथ काम गर्न सक्ने बनाउदछौ।
१३. तालिम लिइसके पछि कामको ग्यारेन्टी हुन्छ ?
नेपालकै पुरानो र प्राविधिक जनशक्ति निकै धेरै उत्पादन गरिसकेको इन्स्टिच्युट भएकोले नेपाल र बिदेशमा पनि ठूलो प्राविधिक सञ्जाल छ। त्यसैले लगनशील र सफल बिद्यार्थी हरुलाई ग्यारेन्टीका साथ काम पनि लगाइ दिने व्यवस्था छ।
१४. तालिम अनलाइन बाट पनि दिईने व्यवस्था छ ?
यो इन्स्टिच्युटले सुरुमा Mobile Phone Software र Computer Hardware(A+)को कक्षा अनलाइन बाट दिँदै आइरहेकोमा हाल आएर हार्डवेयर सँग सम्बन्धित विषयमा पनि अनलाइन बाट तालिम दिइरहेका छौ। काठमाण्डू भ्याली भित्र Group भएको अवस्थामा घरमै अथवा पसलमा नै आएर सिकाइदिने व्यवस्था पनि छ।
१५. यो इन्स्टिच्युटको शाखाहरु नेपालको कुन कुन ठाँउमा छ होला ?
हाम्रो यस इन्स्टिच्युट जनकपुरी यू दिल्ली इण्डिया र पाको न्यूरोड काठमाण्डौ बाहेक नेपालको कुनै पनि ठाँउमा शाखाहरु नभएको जानकारी गराउदछौ। केहि तालिम इन्स्टिच्युट हरुले युनिभर्सलको शाखा नै हो भनि तालिम दिईरहेको पाइएकोले त्यस्ता सँग सतर्क रहनुहोला।
Frequently Asked Questions-FAQs
Q: What is the minimum requirement to enroll for the repair courses?
A: There is no minimum requirement needed as long as you have the passion for repairing course and that is already good enough. Must be at least twelve years old and have completed eight classes to be trained.
Q: Do we need to send our CV (Curriculum Vitae) and resume in order to take the course?
A: No it is not necessary because these are hands-on practical courses and is not related to your CV and resume. Even if you do not have any technical knowledge/experience, you can always start from the any Electronics Repair course.
Q: When can I start the course?
A: The new class starts from 1st, 10th and 20th of every month. Three new classes are conducted each month. Or You may give us a call at 9851198723 and enquire for the latest schedules available.
Q: How much does the course cost?
A: The training fee varies according to the course. Hardware courses cost around Rs 7,000 to Rs 10,000 per month. Price for Women, disabled, helpless, poor and SEE students will be exempted.
Q: Paying the training fee in one installment?
A: Training fee should be paid in one installment or at most in two installments.
Q: What courses do you have training ?
A: It is the oldest institute in Kathmandu, we have been imparting training in the following courses Mobile Phone, Desktop Computer, Laptop, LCD/LED TV, CCTV Camera, Printer, AC & Fridge, Drone Assemble,Basic Electronic & Power Supply,Hobby Project and various electronics courses.
Q: Where is this training institute located in Kathmandu?

Q: What time does this institute open?
A: Our institute opens from 7 am to 6 pm. The first classes in the morning are 7-9, 8-10 and 9-11 and the second classes is from 11 am to 6 pm for each two hours.
Q: Can the morning be arranged now?
A: As the morning time is very packed at this institute, you have to register before few days in advance.
Q: Do you provide additional training to students who have not been able to learn and work in other institutes?
A: Since most of the students come to our institute after learning outside, we are giving additional training depending on the learning level of the students.
Q: Does Universal provide lodging arrangement for participants?
A: Yes, we can assist you in the arrangement for accommodation. Participants are advised to book for the accommodation few weeks in advanced before the commencement of the course. Q: Can I view your course room or premises before signing up?
A: Yes, you’re welcome to visit Universal Institute. Just call us at 01-5346260 and make an appointment prior to enrollment.
Q: Is it true that within a short period, one can learn how to troubleshoot and repairing course?
A: Yes, but it depends on the participants too. If the participant is hardworking, reading lots of repair books and practicing a lot, we don’t see why he/she could not be successful in this field.
There is an arrangement to teach in 7 days, 10 days, 15 days and 45 days depending on the course you want to learn. Students who learn in a short time have to spend a lot of time (about 3 to 4 hours daily).
Q: Once I have completed the repairing Course, can I start the repair work?
A: Yes of course. Since you have completed the repairing course this means you already have the basic repair skills and you can start to work. If you are facing problems during the repair work you can always email/phone us to get technical support. You are not alone in this field. We want you to be a successful repairer.
Q: How can I update my knowledge after attending your courses?
A: We encourage you to update your knowledge by reading electronics books/eBooks, visit forums, visit YouTube, visit websites and etc. Full advice will be given when you attend the repair course.
Q: Will Universal institute provides us with technical back-up after completion of a course?
A: At universal, we provide technical back-up in terms of email and WhatsApp. We support you to make sure that you really know how to repair and to solve your repair problem fast. Remember, you are not alone after the completion of the course. We just want to be sure that you are on your path to a successful career ahead!

2) eSewa– Before you make a payment to us using eSewa, please do let us know first by contacting us.
3) By Western Union Or Money Gram (international students). Please contact us for banking details.
4) By Cash- We accept Nepali/Indian Currency and US dollars but we do not accept credit/debit card. You need to settle the course/s fees in cash at the admission office before the course start on the first day.
Course Registration
Register early to guarantee your seat in class because sometimes the class can be fully booked. Please fill up the registration form by clicking on this link. Please email your registration form along with the payment proof.
Advance payment of 50% from the total course fees is required in order to reserve a seat for you. If you wish to pay the full fees, you may do so.
Note: Payment must be made before the course starts.

Once the course date is confirmed, you just need to book the hotel and buy the bus or air ticket. Once you have reached the Kathmandu buspark or airport, you can take hostel/hotel and the next day you can come over to our premises and take the course. I suggest that you book the hostel because it is just a walking distance to our premises.
If you prefer to take a bus from the buspark to Newroad then you need to take a city micro bus. The distance between buspark and newroad is less than 5 km and cost less than Nrs 25. If you can take a taxi from buspark, taxi fares cost about Nrs 250 to Nrs 350/- only.
